Please note that we can hold a unit for up to 30 days from the application date, provided the security deposit, application fee, and screening approval are completed. | Our apartment units do not come equipped with air conditioning. However, you are welcome to install a portable air conditioning unit if needed. Our team is happy to assist with any setup. Given Seattle’s mild climate, air conditioning is generally not required for most of the year. |
| Check-in is available exclusively on your scheduled move-in date, with the earliest check-in time starting at 10:00 AM. |
